Long-term continuing education: an analysis of factors that potentialize the change of physical education teacher's conception

Abstract The article discusses the results of a study that aimed to identify factors potentialized changes in conception teachers participating long-term continuing education project. Based on assumptions Cultural Critical Physical Education (P.E.), through documentary research using secondary data, we analyzed materials produced three-year collaborative (26 meetings) with participation 15 and one teacher-mediator. Although there is no specific factor leads change conception, consequently teaching practice, conclude main induce were: recognition students' right learn plurality themes body culture movement collective construction curriculum proposal for P.E. at regional level.
